How to handle repairs for faults that have occurred during the warranty period but have been disassembled by the customer?
Charging and after-sales principle: Normal maintenance fee multiplied by 300%, the remaining warranty is invalid, and the warranty is terminated;
Process: After the customer acknowledges dismantling and agrees with the charging principle, the inspection process begins - the box laser issues the inspection results and repair quotation:
Agreed by the customer: carry out repairs and testing (in principle, a repair contract must be signed) - issue a repair report with the laser box - seal with new tear resistant stickers - invoice the customer for payment - send the repaired products back to the customer);
If the customer does not acknowledge dismantling or agrees to repair: send the original product back to the customer - the manufacturer will issue an inspection report;
How to deal with repairs for products that have been disassembled by customers outside the warranty period?

The warranty period for non disassembled products is within 1 year, starting from 7 days after the end customer receives the product for the first time; (Consider the transit time of trading partner companies)
There is a warranty period for dismantled products: products that have been dismantled by customers, regardless of whether they are within the warranty period, will no longer be covered by the warranty. If there is another malfunction, a repair fee will be charged again. If the anti tear sticker is damaged again, a 300% repair fee will continue to be charged;
