Description:
On the basis of the first order fiber Raman amplifier, the second order fiber Raman amplifier adds a 13xx nm pump laser to provide Raman gain for the first order Raman 14xx nm laser, which can effectively reduce system noise and is suitable for optical signal amplification in long-distance repeater free light transmission systems. A second-order fiber Raman amplifier needs to be used together with a first-order fiber Raman amplifier.
